Jesse walked along the edge of the river. He picked up a skipping stone and flung it across the water, watching it bounce off the top of the fluid, once...twice...three...plunk. The thoughts of his dad came back to him, from what Carrie had said, his thoughts lingered and he didn't know whether he was mad or sad, or maybe even depressed, his emotions mixed and he shoved his hands in his pockets, looking down at the ground and kicking stones.

[Chelsea]

There was laughing and galloping hooves in the corral. Chelsea, David, and Adam raced around the corral. Chelsea in the lead on her Standeredbred Star, David in second on an Arabian named Kima, and Adam in last riding an TWalker.

[Ruder]

He looked up, hearing the hooves and waved as he passed by, that was the last thing he needed, loud sounds, he needed something comforting to help him. His gaze wandered back down to the ground.

[Chelsea]

Chelsea smiled and waved. Star picked up speed down the stretch. "Whoa." she said and Star slid to a stop. "I won!" she said.

[Ruder]

He waved back at h er and looked up, attempting a smile. His hands shoved back down in his pockets as he made his way down the riverbed, every once in a while grabbing a stone and tossing it in.

There was the sound of a diesel coming towards the park. Adam parked and turned it off. He hopped out. He started walking on the bank. He came across a male that looked real lonely. "Maybe I can liven him up." So he walked up to him. As he got closer, he read his face. He had a look of sadness. So Adam thought he would try to cheer him up, "Hi there. Who are you?"

Alysa was walking around, when she saw Adam, she stopped by his side, then saw he was talking to another guy. She smiled to the stranger."Hi, I'm Alysa", she said friendily. Then, she turned to Adam and smiled to him."Hi. Wasn't expecting to see you here", she said.
